FAQ about XPEL PPF
Is PPF visible on the car?
Correctly installed PPF should look as close to invisible as possible. Some panels may need joins. The aim is clean lines and high optical clarity.
Can the car be washed as usual?
Yes. A gentle hand wash is best. We recommend the right products and routines so the surface stays clean for longer.
What is the difference between PPF and wrapping film?
PPF is primarily protection – thicker, more durable, often self-healing. Traditional wrap film is mainly colour and finish, and it takes less physical wear.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the car and coverage. A front package is often 1–2 days. Full car takes several days. You get a concrete plan before drop-off.
